OHA Topline Report

For this project, we did usability testing for Oregon Health Authority websites that contained information pertaining to COVID-19. My partner and I used Google forms to construct a survey that students administered to Oregon residents. We compiled the information from these surveys into a report to deliver to the Oregon Health Authority in order for them to understand and improve the usability of their websites.
